The Role
As an Aspiring Teacher, you will:

• Support lessons by assisting teachers with planning, marking, and classroom delivery.
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to boost students’ literacy, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Encourage a love of literature and language among pupils.
• Help prepare engaging lesson materials and resources.
• Gain hands-on experience that will set you up perfectly for a teacher training route as an Aspiring Teacher.

 
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an Aspiring English Teacher who:

• Holds a 2:1 degree or higher from a top UK University
• Is passionate about education and making a difference in students’ lives.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Is patient, proactive, and eager to learn within a school setting.
