Autism Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth – September 2025 Start
Location: Wandsworth, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)
Interviews: June/July 2025
Are you a confident, caring graduate looking to support pupils with autism in a primary school setting?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wandsworth is searching for an Autism Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025. As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you’ll work with KS1 and KS2 pupils diagnosed with ASC, helping them access learning and feel confident in the classroom. This Autism Teaching Assistant role is ideal for graduates with a background in Psychology, Education, or similar, who are considering careers in SEN teaching, educational psychology or speech and language therapy.
As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the SENCo to provide personalised support and adapt lessons to suit individual needs.
