A high-achieving secondary school in Greenwich is seeking a proactive Behaviour Lead to oversee and strengthen behaviour systems across the school. As part of a forward-thinking and research-informed trust, this Behaviour Lead role offers the opportunity to influence whole-school practice and ensure every pupil is supported to meet high expectations.

The Role | Behaviour Lead:
  • Lead the effective delivery of the school’s Behaviour Policy, ensuring consistency across all year groups.
  • Coordinate targeted interventions for pupils, including those at risk of suspension or persistent disruption.
  • Manage detentions, restorative conversations, and structured reintegration plans.
  • Analyse behaviour trends and data to inform strategy and support senior leaders with investigations.
