The Role | Behaviour Lead:
- Lead the effective delivery of the school’s Behaviour Policy, ensuring consistency across all year groups.
- Coordinate targeted interventions for pupils, including those at risk of suspension or persistent disruption.
- Manage detentions, restorative conversations, and structured reintegration plans.
- Analyse behaviour trends and data to inform strategy and support senior leaders with investigations.
- Member of an ambitious, evidence-informed Trust focused on raising attainment.
- Robust and well-established behaviour systems embedded across the school.
- Collaborative pastoral and inclusion teams with clear leadership structures.
- Access to high-quality professional development and progression routes.
- Proven experience supporting young people within a secondary or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of behaviour systems, restorative approaches, and inclusion practices.
- Composed, assertive, and resilient professional with excellent communication skills.
- Dedication to improving behaviour standards and promoting sustained student engagement.
