Behaviour Support Assistant – Wandsworth – September 2025 Start
Location: Wandsworth, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)
Interviews: June/July 2025

A secondary school in Wandsworth is recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to provide practical support for students who require additional help managing behaviour and developing resilience. This Behaviour Support Assistant role is well suited for graduates interested in youth work, counselling, or behavioural psychology.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will deliver 1:1 mentoring, assist with behaviour intervention plans, support restorative justice activities, and liaise with pastoral and SEN teams to promote positive student outcomes.

- Excellent communication and empathy skills
