You’ll need excellent communication, patience, and the ability to build trust with pupils who may struggle to engage.
 
Behavioural Support Assistant – Salary and Contract Info

• £450 per week, pro rata to term time only
• Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
• Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts for high-performing staff
