​Oliver left school with a clear drive to enter the workforce rather than pursuing further education, working successfully across various different sectors to build his skill-set; the most notable of these being a role as an Estate Agent, specialising in the sale of Residential properties as part of the leading Agency in the borough.

Looking to further his career with a Sales-focussed position, Oliver decided to make the switch to Education Recruitment, beginning his journey at Ribbons & Reeves as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and supporting schools in the Boroughs of Kingston-upon-Thames and Wandsworth!

Oliver has quickly established lasting connections with both Candidates and Clients, and is looking to continually build his network and reputation further within the sector.

Outside of work, Oliver can often be found behind a bar, shaking cocktails and pouring pints, or in front of one with some mates! If he’s not there, then he’s spending time at home with family or taking his dog, Beau, for a walk.
