• Plan, teach, and assess high-quality Biology lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE triple or combined) and A-Level.

• Monitor students’ progress, providing feedback, intervention, and stretch tasks to ensure all make exceptional progress.

• Participate in departmental quality assurance, data analysis, and contribute to school targets and development plans.
• Contribute to wider school life: pastoral duties, assemblies, school events, and cross-curricular projects.
