- Supporting classroom learning and practical science activities
- Assisting students in building strong foundational knowledge and exam techniques
- Working with teachers to identify and support underperforming students
- Encouraging a love for Chemistry through engaging and supportive mentoring
- A degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject (2:1 or above preferred)
- Organised, reliable, and committed to student progress
- Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, outreach) is desirable
- A welcoming and supportive school environment
- Ongoing professional development and mentoring
- Valuable classroom experience for those considering teaching
