This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners at a crucial stage of their development. As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll work closely with children aged 3–5, supporting their learning through play, structured activities, and personalised care.

This role would suit a recent Early Childhood Studies graduate or an experienced Early Years professional looking to grow within a supportive and vibrant school community.

Your responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner will include:

• Supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
• Promoting a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above) or a degree in Early Childhood Studies
• Is passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development
• Has a warm, patient, and positive approach to learning
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
