History Academic Mentor – Enfield – September 2025 Start

  • Working closely with class teachers to tailor support to individual student needs
 
History Academic Mentor – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a History graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Experience working with young people in any setting is valuable, particularly in a tutoring, classroom, or mentoring capacity. You’ll need to bring energy, clarity in communication, and a genuine desire to help pupils thrive in History. A proactive, reflective attitude and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues will go a long way.

  • £500–£550 per week, pro rata to term time only
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
  • Opportunity for future teacher training or contract extension
