Key responsibilities of the Exams and Data Officer:

• Lead all internal and external exam arrangements in accordance with JCQ guidelines
• Oversee the training and management of invigilators and exam procedures
• Maintain accurate records for student entries, access arrangements, and exam boards
• Collaborate with SENDCOs and SLT for exam access and disapplication needs
• Produce and manage timetables, seating plans, and secure storage of exam materials
• Analyse and distribute examination results and support with remarks and appeals
• Manage student data, school census submissions, and performance reporting
• Lead on the use of Arbor and manage DfE gateway access and statutory data returns
• Support Ofsted preparation and school improvement through insightful data analysis
• Contribute to school events including results days, presentations, and open evenings
