Geography Teaching Assistant – What the Role Involves
  • Supporting teaching and learning in KS3 and KS4 Geography lessons
  • Working with students 1:1 or in small groups to reinforce understanding
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment
  • Assisting with the preparation of lesson materials and resources
  • Supporting progress tracking and pupil feedback
 
Geography Teaching Assistant – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a Geography graduate with a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous experience working with young people is highly valued – whether through tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or school placements. You should be proactive, compassionate, and eager to learn, with strong communication skills and a real interest in education.

  • £444 per week, pro rata to term-time only
