- Act as a positive role model, fostering confidence, resilience, and ambition among learners.
- A Sports Graduate (or related field) with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for supporting young adults.
- Some knowledge of Biology, with the ability to support teaching and learning in this subject.
- Previous experience in a school, college, or youth-focused environment is highly desirable.
- A collaborative team player with the initiative to work independently and provide tailored support to students.
- A genuine interest in education, with aspirations to build a career in teaching, coaching, or related fields.
