We are looking for a Head of Humanities to join a well-regarded secondary school in Hounslow from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic department and drive excellence in Humanities education.

 
The Role of a Head of Humanities & Requirements:

• Lead and manage the Geography, History, and RE departments, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement an engaging Humanities curriculum across KS3-KS5.
• Support and mentor teachers within the department to raise attainment and student engagement.
• Monitor and track student progress, ensuring strong outcomes.
• Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience teaching at secondary level.
• Previous leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for the Humanities and a commitment to academic excellence.
