History Graduate Teaching Assistant – Classroom Support & Exam Prep
Location: Richmond, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444 per week (PAYE)

A high-achieving secondary school in Richmond is looking for a History Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Humanities department in September. This History Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone looking to gain classroom experience before applying for teacher training.
As a History Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support students across KS3 and KS4 in understanding key historical events, structuring essays, and preparing for their GCSE History exams. You’ll also work with small groups who need targeted support, and help prepare engaging resources linked to topics such as the Cold War, Elizabethan England, and the Civil Rights Movement.
