• Helping manage behaviour and maintain engagement during lessons.
  
  
• Collaborating with teachers and SEN professionals to create supportive learning plans.

What the school is looking for in a Psychology Graduate:

• A Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 or First from a top 30 UK university.
  
  
• Experience working or volunteering with children (schools, tutoring, SEN, mentoring etc.).
  
  
• A proactive, empathetic, and reflective mindset.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in child development.
