• A Primary Teacher with Year 6 and/or Year Group Lead experience
• Confidence in leading and managing staff
• A strong grasp of the KS2 curriculum, with proven impact on pupil progress
• Ability to deliver CPD and build positive relationships with parents
• Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
