Learning Mentor – What the School is Looking For
The ideal Learning Mentor will be proactive, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting children’s development. A 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university is required, alongside previous child-centred experience. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Learning Mentor – Salary and Contract Info

• £444 per week, pro rata to term time only
• Full-time, long-term contract
