Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £456 – £484 per week (PAYE)

- Supporting students with severe and complex learning needs, autism, and physical disabilities
- Helping learners develop independence, communication, and personal skills

- Working closely with specialist teachers, therapists, and job coaches
We’re looking for:
- A UK degree at 2:1 or above, or strong experience supporting SEN learners
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in SEN, inclusion, and young adult education
- A commitment to the full academic year
