SENCo – Colchester

About the Role – SENCo:
  • The appointed SENCo will lead and manage SEND provision across the school
  • Ensure high-quality support and outcomes for students with additional needs
  • Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies in your role as SENCo
  • Bring an innovative approach to develop and implement effective SEND strategies
  • Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress tracking as SENCo
  • Contribute to whole-school leadership as a key member of staff and SENCo
