Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | The Role

• Working with children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support learning through play.
• Supporting children’s social, emotional and early learning development.
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming and well-organised nursery environment.
• Working closely with colleagues and communicating effectively with parents and carers.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | Person Specification

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• A caring, patient and reliable approach to working with young children.
• Good communication skills and a strong focus on children’s wellbeing.
• A genuine interest in early childhood development.
