Your Responsibilities as a Media Graduate Technician:

• Provide hands-on support for students in radio production, podcasting, and live audio recording
• Deliver small group tutorials and technical guidance on industry-standard tools including Logic Pro, Adobe Audition, and Pro Tools
• Assist in the planning and delivery of practical workshops across a range of media projects
• Maintain, set up, and troubleshoot studio and AV equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support with live broadcasts, video shoots, and end-of-year showcases
• Take responsibility for equipment inventory, studio inductions, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with teachers and learners to produce high-quality creative content

What We're Looking For:

• A recent Media Graduate with experience in audio production, podcasting, or radio
• Technically confident using and explaining media hardware and software
• Enthusiastic about working in an educational environment with secondary or post-16 learners
• A strong communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Willing to undergo training and open to pursuing further qualifications, including a teaching route
