- Assist in the planning and delivery of practical workshops across a range of media projects
- Maintain, set up, and troubleshoot studio and AV equipment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support with live broadcasts, video shoots, and end-of-year showcases
- Take responsibility for equipment inventory, studio inductions, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with teachers and learners to produce high-quality creative content
- A recent Media Graduate with experience in audio production, podcasting, or radio
- Technically confident using and explaining media hardware and software
- Enthusiastic about working in an educational environment with secondary or post-16 learners
- A strong communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
- Willing to undergo training and open to pursuing further qualifications, including a teaching route
