Mental Health Assistant – Enfield – September 2025 Start
 
Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting students with mental health needs?
We’re working with secondary schools in Enfield who are seeking confident and empathetic Mental Health Assistants to join their support teams from September 2025.
 
Mental Health Assistant – What the School Offers
  • Work closely with students facing social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges
  • Join a supportive pastoral and inclusion team
  • Ongoing training and CPD opportunities
  • Gain school-based experience ahead of careers in clinical psychology, mental health or teaching

Mental Health Assistant – Role Highlights
  • Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis

Mental Health Assistant – Candidate Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology or related subject
  • Genuine interest in child and adolescent mental health
  • Calm, patient and resilient nature
  • Experience with young people in any capacity is highly valued
