Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant – Role Overview:
- Teaching Assistant position supporting students aged 11-16
- Full-time, permanent role starting September 2025
- Annual salary of £29,500
- Work closely with GCSE groups to raise attainment
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions (2-6 students)
- Create engaging resources and lead academic support sessions
- Track and report on student progress
- Opportunity to progress to School Direct Teacher Training from September 2026
- First-Class degree from Oxford or Cambridge (priority to Maths, Science, and English disciplines)
- Excellent A-Level and GCSE results
- Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring or coaching
- Genuine ambition to become a qualified Secondary Teacher
- Confident, engaging, and enthusiastic personality
