A high-performing mixed secondary academy in North West London is seeking confident and driven Oxbridge graduates to join their team as Academic Tutors and Mentors from February 2026.

This role is ideal for core subject graduates who are passionate about supporting pupils academically and personally, while gaining invaluable classroom-based experience ahead of potential teacher training.

The Role

• Academic tutoring and small group intervention across English, Maths or Science
• One-to-one and group support up to GCSE level
• Mentoring pupils to improve confidence, engagement and academic progress
• Working closely with teaching staff to support lessons and learning outcomes
• Full-time, term-time only position

Contract Details

• February 2026 start
• Term-time only contract until June 2026, covering the exam period
• Opportunity to continue into the next academic year for strong performers
• Clear progression route into teacher training for exceptional candidates
