This role is ideal for core subject graduates who are passionate about supporting pupils academically and personally, while gaining invaluable classroom-based experience ahead of potential teacher training.

The Role
- Academic tutoring and small group intervention across English, Maths or Science
- One-to-one and group support up to GCSE level
- Mentoring pupils to improve confidence, engagement and academic progress
- Working closely with teaching staff to support lessons and learning outcomes
- Full-time, term-time only position
- February 2026 start
- Term-time only contract until June 2026, covering the exam period
- Opportunity to continue into the next academic year for strong performers
