Key Responsibilities | Pastoral Support Officer:

• Provide 1:1 and small group pastoral support to students
• Support student wellbeing and act as a positive, approachable role model
• Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies where necessary
• Help manage behaviour and support restorative conversations
• Identify and address barriers to learning, attendance, or engagement

 
Requirements | Pastoral Support Officer:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) from a Russell Group university preferred
• Passion for supporting young people and improving student welfare
