Are you a Physics graduate or aspiring teacher eager to support the next generation of scientists? We’re seeking Physics Academic Mentors to join forward-thinking secondary schools in East London this September.

About the Role:
As a Physics Academic Mentor, you’ll:
  • Provide small-group and one-to-one academic support in Physics (KS3–KS5).
  • Assist students in understanding challenging concepts and improving exam performance.
  • Work closely with class teachers and department leads to tailor interventions.
  • Inspire students to develop a love of Physics and STEM learning.
Physics Academic Mentor: We’re Looking For:
  • A strong academic background in Physics, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Prior experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, teaching assistant work is desirable).
  • Clear communication skills and a supportive approach to learning.
  • A passion for education and making science accessible to all learners.
