About the Role:
As a Physics Academic Mentor, you’ll:
- Provide small-group and one-to-one academic support in Physics (KS3–KS5).
- Assist students in understanding challenging concepts and improving exam performance.
- Work closely with class teachers and department leads to tailor interventions.
- Inspire students to develop a love of Physics and STEM learning.
- A strong academic background in Physics, Engineering, or a related subject.
- Prior experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, teaching assistant work is desirable).
- Clear communication skills and a supportive approach to learning.

- Recent Physics or STEM graduates.
