The ideal Physics Academic Mentor will hold a 2:1 or First Class degree in Physics (or a closely related subject) from a top 30 UK university. You’ll bring enthusiasm for education, a passion for your subject, and a proactive approach to helping young people reach their potential. Previous experience supporting students—through tutoring, mentoring, or volunteering—is highly valued.

Physics Academic Mentor - Salary and Contract Info
  • £450–£530 per week, pro rata to term time only
  • Full-time, long-term contract (November–July), term-time only
  • Potential for future teacher training or contract extension following a successful placement
