Physics Teacher | Redbridge | January 2026 Start Are you a passionate Physics Teacher looking to continue your teaching career in a supportive and high-achieving East London school?

An ambitious secondary school in Redbridge is seeking a dynamic and motivated Physics Teacher to join their Science department from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to develop their teaching practice in a collaborative and well-resourced environment.

Physics Teacher – Role & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons at KS3 and KS4

  • Support students of all abilities to make strong academic progress

  • Contribute to the wider Science faculty, including enrichment and extra-curricular opportunities

  • Benefit from a structured ECT induction programme and ongoing CPD

Physics Teacher – Requirements:
  • PGCE with QTS (or on track to obtain QTS by December 2025)

  • Strong academic background in Physics or a related subject

  • A passion for science education and a commitment to inclusive teaching

  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
