Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support small groups of high-attaining pupils
- Work closely with pupils with SEND, including Autism
- Assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Communicate clearly with staff, pupils and parents
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt support strategies
- Help to maintain high standards of behaviour
- Collaborate effectively within a large, well-structured school
- Play an active role in the classroom and beyond

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
- 1:1 Maths Degree from a top 20 UK University
- Confident, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching support
- Previous experience with Autism or SEND preferred
- Strong behaviour management and classroom presence
- A genuine desire to pursue teacher training in the future
- Creative and adaptable mindset with excellent communication skills
