A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Enfield is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them to flourish both academically and personally.
 
Primary Teaching Assistant | The Role

• Provide in-class support to pupils, helping to raise attainment in core subjects (English, Maths, Phonics).
• Work with pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis to build confidence and understanding.
• Support pupils with SEN and/or additional learning needs where required.
• Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation and classroom management.
• Contribute to creating a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.

 
Primary Teaching Assistant | About You

• A Graduate (or experienced Teaching Assistant) with a passion for education and working with children.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage and motivate primary-aged pupils.
• Patient, nurturing and resilient – with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Interested in pursuing a future career in teaching, education or child development.
• Previous child-related experience (voluntary or paid) is desirable.
