A highly regarded Boys’ Middle School in Central London are seeking 5 x Learning Support Assistants to join their team from September 2025 through to July 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates looking to pursue careers in psychology, education, or therapy, while making a real difference in the lives of students aged 11–13.

About the Role | Psychology Graduate Learning Support Assistant
- Provide in-class support, helping pupils stay focused, adapting learning materials, and supporting skills development
- Deliver 1:1 interventions, including pre-teaching, homework support and social skills development
- Offer pastoral support for pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs
- Assist with administrative tasks, including SEND documentation and staff timetabling
- Support students with a range of needs including Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD and Global Developmental Delay
- Play a role in wider school life, such as assemblies and extracurricular activities
- A recent Psychology Graduate with a strong academic background (2:1 or above preferred)
- Genuine patience, empathy and resilience when working with young people facing challenges
- Enthusiasm for supporting students with additional needs, particularly SEMH
- A willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Start date: September 2025
- End date: July 2026
- Salary: £107.59 per day (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay)
