What does a Reading Support Assistant do? As a Psychology graduate Reading Support Assistant, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group reading interventions tailored to different learning styles.
  
  
• Support pupils with reading challenges, including those with dyslexia, ADHD, and SEN.
  
  
• Build pupils’ confidence, motivation, and engagement with literacy.
  
  
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to offer well-rounded support.
  
  
• Use your psychology background to understand behaviour, learning differences, and emotional needs.
