This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to join a supportive Secondary Boys School in Barnet as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant. You’ll support students aged 14–18 with a range of Special Educational Needs and Mental Health challenges.

Job Details:
  • £100+ per day | £500+ per week | PAYE | Term-Time only
  • September 2025 start (early starts available)
  • 1-year contract with extension opportunities
  • Mainstream Secondary Boys School in Barnet
  • Minimum First-Class Psychology degree required (or closely related field)


The Role:
As a Psychology Graduate, you will:
  • Support students with Autism, ADHD, speech and communication needs, and anxiety.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver inclusive support and structured interventions focused on emotional wellbeing and behaviour.
  • Monitor academic and behavioural progress.
  • Build trusting relationships that boost students’ resilience and independence
