Psychology Graduate – What the Role Involves

• Supporting teaching and learning across the primary curriculum
• Providing 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs
• Assisting with targeted interventions and progress tracking
• Helping maintain positive classroom behaviour and pupil engagement
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning
• Interviews to begin the week commencing 25th August 2025

 
Psychology Graduate – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will be proactive, compassionate and committed, with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to support children’s development. A 2:1 or First Class degree from a top 30 UK university is preferred. Previous child-centred experience will be highly valued. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
 
Salary and Contract Info

• General TA / SEN TA roles: £444 per week, pro rata (term‑time only)
• Contract: Full‑time, long‑term (September–July), term‑time only
• Potential for future teacher training or contract extensions following a successful placement
