As a Russell Group Graduate, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teaching and learning across various subjects.
- Assisting in the delivery of small group interventions.
- Contributing to classroom management and pupil engagement.
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support for students with SEN, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university.
- Have previous experience working with children, particularly in educational settings.
- Demonstrate a proactive, compassionate, and committed approach to supporting students.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

- Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata to term time only.
