The Role | Science ECT:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with exposure to KS5 where possible.
- Inspire students to develop curiosity, analytical thinking, and a love of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Work closely with mentors and colleagues to refine teaching practice and meet ECF standards.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and extracurricular science activities.
- Excellent laboratories and well-resourced Science classrooms.
- Inclusive and supportive school community.
- Comprehensive ECT induction and ongoing professional development.
- Clear pathways for career progression beyond the ECT year.
- Qualified teacher with QTS or completing ECT induction with a UK Bachelors degree.
