The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university and demonstrate a strong interest in supporting young people. Previous child-centred experience, particularly with SEMH or vulnerable learners, is highly valued. Schools are looking for compassionate, proactive, and resilient individuals with excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.

SEMH Support Assistant - Salary and Contract Info

• £444 per week, pro rata to term time only
• Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
