The ideal candidate will be a proactive and compassionate graduate with a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience is highly valued, and strong communication skills alongside a genuine commitment to supporting young people are essential. You should bring patience, resilience, and a willingness to learn as you support pupils with SEMH needs in a mainstream secondary school setting.

- Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum, adapting to individual needs.
- Interviews to begin w/c 25th August 2025.
