SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield – September 2025 Start

SEN Teaching Assistant – What the Role Involves
  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development in class and through targeted interventions
  • Assisting with differentiation and adapting learning materials
  • Collaborating with the SENCo, teachers, and parents to track progress and set goals
  • Interviews to take place in September 2025
 
SEN Teaching Assistant – What the School is Looking For
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is highly valued. Schools are seeking proactive, compassionate, and resilient individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in inclusive education.
