We are recruiting on behalf of a range of Brent schools, including mainstream secondary schools and specialist SEN settings. A full-time opportunity is available from October 2025. You will work with pupils aged 11 to 18, providing behaviour, emotional and academic support that helps each student make meaningful progress.

  • Assist with behaviour management and promote a calm, purposeful learning environment
  • Provide emotional support to help pupils build confidence and resilience
  • Promote academic progress in line with each student’s individual needs and learning style
  • Develop a practical understanding of SEN strategies, including support for needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language needs
This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, clinical psychology or other education-related fields.
