Are you an experienced SENCo looking for your next challenge starting in January 2026?
We're working with an ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in the heart of Bexley, actively recruiting for a SENCo. The school is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and highly effective individual with a strong track record of supporting vulnerable children, managing challenging behaviour, and working with disengaged pupils or those with anxiety disorders.
You’ll play a key role in identifying student needs, liaising with parents and carers, and coordinating with external agencies. A strong commitment to raising attendance and attainment—especially for students with SEN—is essential.
