As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
 

Your Key Responsibilities as a SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEND
• Adapt classroom materials to suit diverse learning styles
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists as the SEND Teaching Assistant 
• Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents

 

We’re Looking for in a SEND Teaching Assistant:

• A 1st Class Psychology Graduate from a top UK university
• A genuine passion for SEN and child development
• Strong communication, resilience, and empathy
• Previous experience with children or young people is a bonus
