As the successful candidate, you will:

• Command the classroom with confidence and authority — you’ll be expected to lead from the front.
• Fully uphold a non-negotiable behaviour policy that ensures every student learns in a calm, focused environment.
• Be intellectually sharp, disciplined, and open to coaching — the training is direct, the expectations are clear, and the rewards are exceptional.
• Hold a strong academic degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (Russell Group preferred).
