A well-regarded primary school in Bromley is seeking a committed Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September. This role would suit an ECT or an experienced teacher who enjoys teaching in Key Stage 2 and building strong foundations in reading, writing and maths.

You will be responsible for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum. The school has clear routines in place and a supportive leadership team, with a focus on steady progress and good classroom practice.

Year 3 Teacher – Key Responsibilities:
• Teach a Year 3 class across the full primary curriculum
• Plan and deliver clear, well-structured lessons
• Assess pupils’ progress and provide regular feedback
• Create a positive and purposeful classroom environment
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil development

Person Specification:
• QTS and a recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (placements considered for ECTs)
• Good subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
• Calm and consistent approach to behaviour management
