Behaviour Mentor – Haringey – September 2025

  • Providing pastoral support to students, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of social skills programmes.

Behaviour Mentor – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University. Previous child-centred experience is desirable. Schools are looking for proactive, compassionate, and committed individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
 
Behaviour Mentor – Salary and Contract Info
  • Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata to term time only.
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only.
  • Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement.
