Behaviour Mentor – Enfield – September 2025 Start

Behaviour Mentor – What the Role Involves
  • Providing tailored support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • Implementing strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and deliver interventions.
  • Monitoring and tracking student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Supporting the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assisting in the development of individual behaviour plans.
  • Conducting one-on-one or small group sessions to address specific behavioural concerns.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
  • Interviews to begin w/c 25th August 2025.
 
Behaviour Mentor – What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University. Previous child-centred experience is highly desirable. Schools are seeking proactive, compassionate, and committed individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
 
Behaviour Mentor – Salary and Contract Info
  • Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata to term time only.
  • Cover Supervisor / HLTA / Unqualified Teacher roles: Up to £600 per week, pro rata to term time only.
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only.
  • Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement.
