- Collaborating with teachers to develop and deliver interventions.
- Monitoring and tracking student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Supporting the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting in the development of individual behaviour plans.
- Conducting one-on-one or small group sessions to address specific behavioural concerns.
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
- Interviews to begin w/c 25th August 2025.

- Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata to term time only.
- Cover Supervisor / HLTA / Unqualified Teacher roles: Up to £600 per week, pro rata to term time only.
- Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only.
- Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement.
