The Role | French/Spanish Teaching Assistant:
- Support students in French or Spanish across Key Stages 3–5.
- Work with pupils of varying academic abilities, including high achievers and those requiring additional support.
- Deliver small-group interventions for students with additional learning needs.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom support and assessment tasks.
- Promote engagement and confidence in speaking, reading and writing in the target language.
- High-achieving languages department with strong GCSE and A-Level outcomes.
- Supportive senior leadership team and collaborative staff culture.
- Modern facilities and well-resourced classrooms.
- Excellent transport connections across Greenwich and surrounding boroughs.
- A graduate from a UK university with strong A-Levels.
- Degree in French, Spanish or a related subject.
- Ability to deliver either French or Spanish to a high standard.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with young people.
- Commitment to supporting pupils across a range of academic abilities.
