The Role | Graduate Office Administrator:
Location: Greenwich
Salary: £500+ per week inclusive of holiday pay
Contract: Full-time
Trial Day: Tuesday 24th of February – Child Enhanced DBS is essential

The Role | Graduate Office Administrator:
- Stand on the late gate each morning to ensure students are signed in and correctly marked on the system.
- Make absence calls to parents and carers, requesting and logging medical evidence where required.
- Manage and update Excel spreadsheets tracking attendance, interventions, managed moves and outcomes.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including drafting letters and maintaining organised records.
- Supportive and experienced administrative and pastoral teams.

- A recent graduate seeking a long-term career in administration or education support.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience using Arbor or SIMS is highly desirable.
