Graduate Secondary Support Mentor | Harrow | Immediate Start

As a Graduate Secondary Support Mentor, you will champion student wellbeing, encourage positive behaviour, and help raise attendance standards across the school. Working closely with Heads of Year, senior leaders, and teaching staff, you will contribute to building a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment where every student can succeed.
 
Graduate Secondary Support Mentor | Details:
  • Full-time, contract-based role
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • End Date: July 2026
  • Pay: £475 per week (PAYE)

Key Responsibilities | Graduate Secondary Support Mentor:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group pastoral support to students
  • Support student wellbeing and act as a positive role model
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies
  • Help manage behaviour and support restorative practices
  • Address barriers to learning, attendance, and engagement
 
Requirements | Graduate Secondary Support Mentor:
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2:1) from a Russell Group university preferred
  • Passion for supporting young people and improving student welfare
